NEW JERSEY GOVERNOR-ELECT SUBPOEANAED TO TRIAL OF HAL TURNER

Newark, NJ -- A federal subpoena has been issued for New Jersey Governor-elect Chris Christie to appear at the upcoming trial of radio host and blogger Hal Turner.

Mr. Chrisite was the U.S. Attorney for New Jersey during the years that Hal was working for the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force. Hal worked for the FBI from 2002 - 2008.

Both during and after Turner worked for the FBI, the U.S. Attorney's Office issued a "Blanket letter of declination" which officially declined to prosecute Hal for things he wrote on his blog and things he said on radio.

Further details at the link below but also be advised that a MAJOR media outlet in the New York City area has now completed a lengthy investigation into the arrest and prosecution of Hal and the results of that investigation will be out this coming weekend!

  1. On behalf of NIM Busters I wish to tell you and the rest of the Turner family that we still support Hal. Despite what some people are saying Hal did a lot more good than bad and we are confident he will be found not guilty.

  2. Lets see if Christie is going to "Man up"..I'm betting he will.I'm betting he will say emphatically it was Hals right under the 1st amendment and that although he does'nt share the opinion he thinks the system needs to be fixed.
